Responsibilities
Generate and manage new leads for the US market, set up meetings, promote products, and build relationships with potential customers.
Research emerging trends, conduct direct marketing activities, and manage existing alliances.
Collaborate with vial, stoppers, fill/finish machine, and sterilization suppliers.
Represent ARLife at US trade shows, create new business leads, and ensure value-creation.
Act as the primary local resource for all US support and needs, organize visits, and understand customer requirements.
Negotiate with customers, prepare and send quotations, and follow up on customer satisfaction.

Required
A bachelor’s degree or master’s in sales with knowledge of biology, pharmacology or chemical
At least 5 years’ experience in business development
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office Applications), sales force and SAP
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Develop, assess, and identify new business possibilities
Lead organizations competitiveness in the Life product market
Through understanding of Life product, benefits to customers, quality standards, gamma sterilization, validated product solutions, etc.
Team, Independent, goal-oriented, and structured approach to work
Creative, Innovative, and methodical approach to process
Must have an active passport and be able to travel within North America and Internationally
