Responsibilities
Update, advise, and collaborate with other Project Managers regarding the ongoing alignment of projects to the business strategy.
Identify, track, and help resolve cross-project dependencies and conflicts.
Support organizational community meetings and workshops.
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of insurance projects from initiation through completion.
Collaborate with senior project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports.
Coordinate project resources including personnel, equipment, and materials to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Monitor project progress, identify, and address any issues or risks that may arise.
Communicate regularly with project team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
Assist in conducting project meetings including scheduling, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes.
Support senior project managers in managing client relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying areas for process optimization and efficiency gains.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with team members stakeholders and clients.
Detail-oriented and analytical with the ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions.
Established reputation for building relationships with Project Managers and project teams in a large complex organization and effectively leveraging those relationships to engage/influence outcomes.
Willingness to jump in where needed to assure portfolio program and project success.
Excellent verbal written communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work with both technology and subject matter experts in the business.
Solid influencing skills
2-4 years of PM experience
Bachelor's degree in business administration project management or a related field.
Preferred
Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus.
