Responsibilities

User Champion: Conduct in-depth user research, both internally and externally, to gather valuable insights that inform design decisions.

Product Design Partner: Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure a balance between business needs and user requirements from problem definition to product iterations.

Bridge Between Design and Engineering: Work with engineers to find creative solutions meeting user needs while adhering to technical constraints.

Design System Contributor: Contribute to and maintain the design system for consistent user experiences across all projects.

Required

1 year of experience working in the tech industry as a product designer.

A proven track record of shipping products through all development stages, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams of PMs and engineers.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to articulate design decisions clearly and gain buy-in from stakeholders.

Experience designing both internal tools and consumer-facing experiences.

The ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, embracing ambiguity and adapting to change while juggling multiple projects simultaneously.

A meticulous and pragmatic approach to research and design, combining a focus on user needs with the ability to execute efficient and user-friendly solutions.

A well-rounded design skillset, encompassing user research, UX exploration, and the ability to create polished, visually appealing, and engineering-ready designs.
