Responsibilities

Overseeing all stages of project life cycles, from planning and design to implementation and completion.

Coordinating and managing contractors, and other professionals to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.

Developing detailed project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing.

Ensuring project compliance with all industry standards and regulations.

Providing regular progress updates to stakeholders, addressing any issues or delays, and implementing appropriate solutions.

Managing the procurement process, including contractor selection and contract negotiation.

Ensuring all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.

Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements.

Coordinating the project staff to ensure effective and efficient execution of project tasks.
