Responsibilities

Work with Product Strategy to understand product requirements and translate them into user experiences

Collaborate with designers, researchers, analysts, and engineers to facilitate the design process

Participate in concept development and ideation for new product features

Produce design deliverables such as user flows, sketches, wireframes, and journey maps

Document outcomes of design meetings and deliverables

Required

Proven skills in interaction design and user experience principles with a min 5 years of professional design experience with complex software, including user experience design of enterprise applications.

Experience designing for enterprise sales applications is a strong plus.

Strong online, or distributable, portfolio/work samples.

Experience working closely with product and technology organizations.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to prioritize UX issues and review the results of user research.
