Ability and patience to conduct thorough investigations to gather low-level FinOps-related process details (sometimes technical)

Constantly seeking opportunities mindset, and ability to influence and drive process optimization (including automation)

Experience creating process models and other visualizations in Microsoft Visio

Strong technical writing skills

Creating metric & KPI documentation

Exploring data

Building SharePoint document libraries, custom lists, pages, etc.

Managing backlogs in Azure DevOps for lightweight bi-weekly scrums

Assisting with oversight & helping ensure staying plugged-in

Serving as Scrum Master, leading management of FinOps DevOps backlog
