Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and win new client relationships (Supported by an SDR and Marketing Team)
Drive consultative solution sales cycles with prospects and thoroughly understand their needs, goals, and challenges
Insightfully map organizations and build relationships across prospect accounts
Fluently articulate the value proposition in a compelling and effective way
Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas, activity targets and pipeline goals
Track all opportunity and customer details including use case, purchase timeframes, next steps, and forecasts in Salesforce
Partner with delivery teams to ensure high satisfaction within your accounts
Continuously improve sales processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance client acquisition
Manage in a highly data-driven manner. Thoroughly understand key metrics and help the team excel by understanding performance

Required
6+ years of direct B2B sales experience (experience selling to manufacturing and construction industries is preferred)
Experience selling to VP and C-level executives
Track record of success selling into mid-market and enterprise companies
Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles using solution selling techniques
Track record of consistent quota attainment
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and familiarity with Sales tools including Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong
Preferred
