Responsibilities

Develop and customize forms and workflows in Microsoft Dynamics, specifically within the Case Management module.

Utilize solid .NET and C# development skills to create and maintain applications.

Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

Implement product-led growth and user-centric best practices, spearheading change management and prioritization.

Engage with business, engineering, and vendor teams to clarify functional specifications, resolve issues, and streamline feature deployment.

Drive/support data management and archive management.

Required

Self-learner with a drive to learn and grow.

Solid experience in .NET and C# development.

Strong expertise in CRM/Microsoft Dynamics, specifically the Case Management module, including the ability to customize and create forms and workflows.

Preferred

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS—not GCP).

Experience with Python.

Any experience with JavaScript (core JS, TypeScript, React, Angular, etc.).
