Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of .NET applications using .NET 6, C#, and Golang.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
Architect and optimize solutions, considering scalability, performance, and security.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to .NET applications.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Lead .NET Developer, with expertise in .NET 6, C#, and Golang.
Strong knowledge of MongoDB for database design and development.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and microservices architecture.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Effective communication and leadership abilities.
Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
