Responsibilities
Analyzes processes to understand process steps, interdependencies, and applications used to complete business transactions.
Develops current and future process flows.
Creates documentation and project artifacts to document the New York Automation Community teams activities.
Identifies processes for optimization and or automation and works with stakeholders (business and technology) to provide recommendations.
Has familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
Helps with technical requirements including detailed RPA logic for attended and unattended automations. UiPath and/or Power Automate working knowledge/certification.
Other: familiarity with agile and or six sigma methodologies, desire to drive change through stakeholder collaboration, quick and eager learner, ability to be strategic and tactical.
