Responsibilities

Serves as a liaison between the business unit and IT, identifying opportunities for process improvements and supporting the innovation process.
Collaborates with leaders to define solution requirements, create business process models, and recommend innovative solutions to enable the business strategy.
Supports the Business Capabilities heatmap and Product Roadmap development, participates in the annual budget cycle, and ensures solutions meet stated objectives through user acceptance testing.
Leads or facilitates business process improvement initiatives, mentors less experienced systems analysts, configures or develops software solutions, and provides customer service to end-users.
Provides estimates for project plans, monitors and directs project plans, resolves issues, and is involved in change management activities.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
10+ years of experience as a systems analyst
SAP ERP or S/4 Hana logistics, Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) extremely important
Hands-on SAP experience required
Experience with transportation management system (TMS) (preferred E2Open BluJay), yard management, and warehouse management system (WMS)
Skilled in Unit testing, systems integration testing, UAT, test case development, test execution
Functional spec writing, business process modeling
Knowledge of business and strategic planning process and principles, theories, and concepts
Advanced knowledge of systems development principles, theories and concepts
Advanced change management, interpersonal, and communication skills
Advanced project management skills
Teamwork focus; Strong organizational skills; Able to manage multiple initiatives concurrently
Advanced Business process management and modeling skills
