Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling confidential information with discretion
Act as a liaison between the CEO and other internal / external stakeholders, prioritize meetings, and prepare correspondence
Assist in planning and execution of strategic projects, as well as other administrative tasks (e.g. within Garner's office) as needed
Complete personal tasks for the CEO (e.g. home management tasks, planning events, and other special projects)
Manage the calendars of 1-2 additional senior executives

Required
Previous executive and personal assistant experience, preferably at a fast-moving startup
Excellent skills in verbal and written communication and stakeholder management
Detail-oriented organization systems and effective prioritization abilities
An ability to independently manage day-to-day responsibilities, solve problems, and drive initiatives forward
A desire and ability to work well in a fast-paced, constantly-evolving startup environment
Strong personal drive to learn and grow as a professional and contribute to the company's mission
