Responsibilities
Handle all administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks
Develop automations, workflows, Salesforce apps, and other customizations to improve and expand the Salesforce experience and functionality.
Install, configure, manage, and champion both native and 3rd party apps, plugins, and platform enhancements
Complete regular internal system audits and manage upgrades
Manage Salesforce data feeds and other integrations
Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests
Work with the management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
Assist in training of new users and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization
Effectively act as the liaison between users, vendors, and the application development teams
Participate on project teams and provide system analysis support
Serve as a technical resource to teams in defining technical requirements for Salesforce solutions
Supply technical support for issues relating to Salesforce system and integrations
Make recommendations and actively participate in project teams. Provide technical analysis in solving business problems
Respond to high priority phone and e-mail requests for technology assistance

Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science or closely related field
Minimum of five years of experience in programming or IT
Minimum of two years as a Salesforce Administrator
Salesforce Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified
Preferred
Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Developer certifications
MuleSoft certification
