Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns to create awareness and drive engagement among the student community on and off-campus.

Organize and oversee monthly campus events from inception to completion, including budget management, team coordination, and logistics.

Develop and implement promotional strategies tailored to campus events to attract and engage students effectively.

Act as a liaison between Community Leaders and the team to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts.

Collaborate with the Product Team in monthly meetings to brainstorm ideas, concept test new initiatives, and provide valuable insights.

Gather and analyze feedback through surveys and other channels to inform future marketing strategies and improve event effectiveness.

Lead the planning and execution of monthly city events, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact.

Required

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong passion for marketing and event management, with a proactive and creative approach to problem-solving.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.

Well versed with existing Social Media platforms like Reddit, Tiktok, Instagram, Twitter, BeReal, Snapchat, Discord etc. Bonus for having a strong presence as a creator in any of these platforms.

Proficiency in Google Suite - docs, slides and sheets

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
