Responsibilities
Support ongoing delivery to clients through issue resolution, Change Requests (CRs), and standardized processes.
Identify and resolve issues through root cause analysis and implement solutions.
Work on process creation, requirements gathering, improvement initiatives, and system changes.
Educate colleagues and clients as a subject matter expert across multiple process and knowledge areas.
Research and provide input on industry and company best practices.
Ensure standardization of processes in accordance with best practices.
Identify and implement ideas for improving domain-specific processes and methodologies.
Lead client interaction and facilitation on client touch points.
Create detailed functional business requirement specifications and ensure proper testing hand-offs for integration testing.
Monitor project scope to ensure baselining and evaluate changes for project impact.
Provide status reports, communicate changes in process for project assignments, and assist in Quality Assurance (QA) and knowledge management.
Work with third-party providers to ensure seamless process delivery and lead process improvements for existing processes.
Identify and resolve escalations or complex issues with strong emphasis on root cause analysis.
Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and support client delivery for new and existing colleagues.
Assist in annual Business Continuity preparation events.

Required
Experience in payroll operations or related field
Knowledge of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Experience in client and vendor interaction
Ability to identify and resolve issues through root cause analysis
Experience in process creation, requirements gathering, and improvement initiatives
Experience in project execution and stakeholder management
Experience in Quality Assurance (QA) and knowledge management
Experience in working with third-party providers
Ability to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Experience in process improvements and change management
Experience in identifying and resolving escalations or complex issues
Experience in global sourcing initiatives
Experience in regulatory and compliance issues
Experience in Business Continuity preparation events

Experience in coaching and mentoring staff
