Responsibilities
Overall Total Experience should be 6+ years.
Strong Java programming foundation.
Extensive hands-on experience with workflows, Sling servlet, REST, JSON, Lucene indexing.
Exposure to Coral / Granite UI, Adobe UI customization.
Deep understanding of AEM's security and Access Controls.
Expertise in extending AEM's core functionalities.
Working with project managers to ensure timely and high-quality project deliverables.
Collaborating with other teams such as QA and UX.
Documenting and explaining core technical processes.
Experience with front-end technologies like Touch UI, Sightly, etc.
AEM technology stack knowledge including OSGI, JCR, Sling, etc.
Security aspects like ACL, SSO, security layers.
Performance tuning including page performance, caching, query optimization.
Infrastructure setup like Cronjob setup, Dispatcher setup, etc.
AEM persistence setup with TarMK, MongoMK, S3.
Build and deployment using tools like Maven, Jenkins, CI/CD pipeline.
Language proficiency in Java with exception handling, design patterns, multi-threading.
AEM upgrade processes and use cases like migration, integration with other technologies, and coding best practices.

Required
At least 3-5+ years with Core AEM projects only
Overall Total Experience should be 6+
Strong Java programming foundation
Extensive hands-on workflows, Sling servlet, REST, JSON, Lucene indexing is a must
Exposure to Coral / Granite UI, Adobe UI customization is a must
Deep understanding of AEM's security along with its Access Controls
Expertise around extending AEM's core functionalities such as Launches
Must have worked on AEM 6.4 or newer versions
Working Experience with Sightly / Sling models
Strong understanding of core AEM components such as oak, sling, and dispatcher Experience with Continuous Integration and Automated test execution and building tools such as Jenkins, Hudson, Selenium or Maven
Work with project managers to ensure that all project deliverables are on time and high quality
Work collaboratively with other teams; QA, UX, etc
Exceptionally good at document and explaining core technical processes
Other CMS experiences and a good understanding of the DXP area
Prior experience is a strong plus
