Responsibilities

Support and maintain physical test systems, including custom peripherals and networking

Build, configure, and support new equipment

Support engineers with first level failure analysis of drive issues

Assist in drive procurement, distribution, preparation, and recovery

Populate test systems and initiate testing, as directed by test engineers

Develop innovative solutions to lab equipment challenges such as efficient usage of space, cooling, and virtual and physical system accessibility

Assist in equipment purchasing and capital equipment forecasting

Assist other teams with lab equipment and drive needs

Perform other tasks as required
