Responsibilities

Support the development team in modernizing, securing, and creating efficiency
Utilize industry best practices to update organizational policies and procedures
Promote the enterprise-wide adoption of a Scaled Agile Framework
Plan, build, implement, and iterate on technical documentation and workflows
Work with cross-functional teams to help clients achieve digital transformation objectives
Contribute to project solutions improving data protection and security for the Navy

Required

5+ years of experience with Agile project management and Lean development principles
Experience with leading and facilitating meetings in a virtual environment with internal and external stakeholders
Experience with supporting a Department of the Navy or DoD program
Ability to manage multiple projects and adjust to shifting priorities
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree

Preferred

Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Experience with Agile project management tools, including ServiceNow and JIRA
Knowledge of Tableau and Power BI
Possession of excellent problem-solving skills
ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP), PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) Certification
