Responsibilities
Identify and implement process improvements to maximize time efficiency for DriveWealth employees and partners using strong programming knowledge
Define and document repeatable processes to ensure operational efficiency and scalability while maintaining quality assurance
Collaborate with internal teams to develop cohesive strategies that prioritize partner success and drive revenue growth
Align closely with partners integrating DriveWealth's API, providing education, project management, and architecture support
Establish mutual accountability between the Relationship Management team and partners, advocating for partner needs and supporting them
Use debugging skills to identify product bugs reported by partners and suggest changes to the product team

Required
Five years of experience in software development, with a focus on the implementation of APIs
Proficiency in full stack development, with working knowledge of cloud-based platform tools such as AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform
Proficiency in implementing event-based programs, working with tools such as Apache Kafka and AWS SQS
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management abilities with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple partner engagements concurrently
Proven problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to ensuring client success and satisfaction
Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while taking ownership of client relationships
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can deliver results under pressure
You are driven by a passion for partner success and business growth
