Design and implement technical solutions for various frontend engineering projects

Continuously improve engineering processes, tools, and systems to scale the code base and drive productivity

Drive effective collaboration processes between backend engineering, product, and other cross-functional teams

Connect overall business needs with short and long-term technical vision

Required

5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3+ years in a full stack/frontend capacity

Strong programming skills in at least one frontend coding language. Our current technology stack includes: Frontend: React, React Native, TypeScript, Expo, Storybook Middle: GraphQL, Rust Backend: Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, AWS, PostgreSQL

Startup experience with a demonstrated ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment, continuously grow, and master your craft

A track record of owning and shipping high-quality products

An ability to turn business and product ideas into engineering solutions

Preferred

Experience as a technical lead

Experience mentoring junior engineers

Experience with GraphQL
