Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the SAP C4C environment.
Customize the user interface, integrate other SAP or third-party services, and enhance standard functionality to meet specific business needs.
Develop and implement solutions using SAP C4C SDK (Software Development Kit).
Design, configure, and test C4C solutions, including BO Extensions, ABSL-Events & Actions, EC, Service Integration, Rest API, and MDR.
Ensure seamless data replication activities across S/4HANA and C4C systems during go-live cutover.
Manage incidents, changes, and sprints using platforms like Azure DevOps, Jira, HP ALM, and Service Now.
Implement custom middleware monitoring automation solutions across S4-CPI-C4C.

Required
10+ years of SAP consultancy experience
3-4+ years’ experience with implementations in CRM/CX domain, preferably in utilities industry
Proficient in managing and delivering full life cycle engagements, including process study, solution mapping, gap analysis, functional design, configuration/enhancements, testing, user acceptance, and go-live
Strong expertise in SAP CX-based technologies, including ISU CRM, SAP Sales & Service Cloud, and C4C
Experience with team management, incident management, change management, and sprint handling
Familiarity with platforms such as Azure DevOps, Jira, HP ALM, and Service Now
