Responsibilities
Visits work sites, collects information, and assists with determination of scope.
Completes service order work for additions, removals, and modifications to gas and/or electric facilities from onset through completion of project.
If necessary, meets with customers to identify specific limitations, and customer requests.
Coordinates with other internal personnel and/or organizations to ensure compliance and appropriate follow-through of policies, procedures, rules, rates, and completion dates applicable to assigned projects.
Identifies environmental requirements and acquires permits and easements.
Other responsibilities and duties as assigned.

Required
3+ years of experience working on distribution system projects.
Demonstrable knowledge of and experience with the interpretation and application of design and engineering principals
Experience with Overhead, Underground, Distribution and CPUC Rule Application
Ability to review complex problems and propose innovative solutions.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Geographical Information Systems.
Substantial experience working with designers, planners and PMs on matters related to design.
Strong reasoning and analytical skills.
Ability to effectively communicate technical issues/concepts to multiple levels of leadership and stakeholders.
Preferred
Local candidates strongly preferred.
Travel up to 25% fielding
