Office Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities
Coordinate front office activities at the corporate office.
Manage calendars and schedule appointments.
Handle reception duties for the corporate building.
Coordinate conference rooms and events.
Assist the accounting department with data entry tasks.

Required
2+ years in an administrative or customer service role
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Capability to handle front office management duties
Experience with answering multi-line phone system
Experience in Invoice Entry tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
