Responsibilities
Is a trusted advisor to the Medical Affairs organization on data management strategy and execution, overseeing the translation of data into meaningful opportunities.
Demonstrates excellence in strategic & technical analysis, and proactive planning.
Recognizes and interprets business issues/opportunities and recommends solutions through analysis.
Works closely with other members of the digital strategy team to lead and maintain data catalogs along with business rules repository for Client`s data assets.
Communicates and influences effectively, presenting compelling reviews of analyses that integrate insights and business implications/actions to be considered.
Explores new technologies to innovate and help other team members in areas of data investigations, data conflicts, manual data steward queue, etc.
Partners with IT and Commercial Operations stakeholders on building/enabling key Med Affairs systems.
Drives end-to-end advanced analytics capabilities to drive strategic choices, tactical execution, and Medical Affairs excellence.
Develops and presents analytical project ideas, conducts and progresses initiatives, and reports results and business implications to internal business partners.
Develops a digital and analytics strategy roadmap that includes critical use cases and required resources.
Oversees and manages performance reporting based on key strategic imperatives.
Enables data-based decision-making.
Oversees the build-out of comprehensive analytics/insights for rare disease therapeutic areas and creation of reports/presentations that clearly identify and simplify actionable insights and relevant business implications, strategic and tactical options.
Complies with regulatory, security, and privacy requirements as it relates to data assets.
Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Works effectively in cross-functional teams.
Provides sophisticated data insights and understands data analysis workflows.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite including Power Platform and other common analytic tools.

Required
BA/BS required with a minimum of 5 years' progressive, related industry experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries and/or relevant experience from another field
Experience with large datasets, understanding of data analysis workflows
Proficient in Microsoft Suite including Power Platform and other common analytic tools
Salesforce experience required
Preferred
The ideal candidate will have Salesforce experience
