Responsibilities

Represent ManTech in client-facing, highly visible roles

Work with other Subject Matter Experts, contract, and Air Force personnel to develop and implement innovative technology solutions into a virtual operations environment

Develop installation resiliency plan solutions with the Air Force

Develop maturity roadmaps and other change management documents

Develop and present executive-level briefings of findings

Develop, produce, and present thought leadership products, presentations, papers, etc.

Required

10+ years’ experience in asset management of facility or built infrastructure portfolios.

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree

Ability to facilitate group sessions to establish implementation solutions.

Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.

Experience facilitating change management for an organization(s)

Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to organize, analyze, and disseminate complex information and solutions with attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to travel to Air Force installations up to 6 times in one year.

US Citizenship, required pre-employment background check.

Preferred

Experience working with the Air Force on initiatives related to the Installation Resilience Operations Center.

Data science, business intelligence, and information systems experience, e.g. data analysis, trend and performance analysis, developing IT-enabled workflows.

Professional certifications in Asset Management and Facilities Management.
