Responsibilities

Coordinate lab and site related projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing workflows.

Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to stakeholders.

Analyze site and asset data, facility functions, XFN processes to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.

Confer with site and lab teams, governance boards, and XFN teams to discuss project specifications and procedures.

Review and recommend improvements to reach agreed-upon milestones.

Consult and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to drive alignment towards milestone progress.

Occasional travel to NORAM labs and sites for site visits
