Responsibilities

As a Product Manager in the O-SIG team, you will apply your industry expertise to provide professional guidance to operationalize B2B payments strategy, embedding payments capabilities within existing Oracle application and facilitating cross-industry adoption
Take a lead role in representing the requirements of financial institutions and collaborate with development team product owners to bring new embedded banking solutions to market
Construct and manage a comprehensive B2B payments project plan which will include Oracle product teams, Oracle clients, financial institutions/banks, and external partners
Inventory a comprehensive set of B2B payment requirements and drive a multi-year roll-out process. Including working with potential partner(s) to integrate respective features into broad Oracle capabilities
Work with financial institutions to design, prioritize and integrate banking solutions/products into Oracle's embedded B2B wallet
Provide direction and input to create pricing structures by market/complexity of product
Monitor market developments, competitors, FinTechs, regulatory landscape to continuously enhance and scale up Oracle B2B payment solution
Pro-actively relationship manage financial ecosystem (banks and partners) to support expected business outcomes.

Required

B2B Payments experience is required.
Deep understanding and experience of Treasury/Payments line of business at a global bank including bank’s 3rd party risk management process
Implementation or operating experience with commercially available B2B payments solutions (Finastra, FIS, Global Pay, etc…)
Ideal candidates have driven significant program within financial services institution across full project life-cycle (strategy, design, technology implementation) involving process changes, innovation and change management as a consultant or and/or operator within a bank.
BS or MS/MBA degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.
8 -12 years of related experience.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
