Responsibilities
Lead the optimization of login, registration, and plan management experiences to improve self-service onboarding for customers.
Collaborate with internal business partners, user experience team, and engineering scrum team to understand requirements, customer needs, and implementation options.
Own projects end-to-end, ensuring seamless customer journeys and impacting customer satisfaction and business success.
Analyze end-user behavior, NPS, and Customer support feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance the overall customer experience.

Required
3+ years experience as a Product Manager delivering applications
Familiarity with agile scrum
BA/BS degree
Preferred
Experience in data science or analytics
Experience with login (SSO)
