Responsibilities
Lead SAP ABAP projects and S/4HANA implementations.
Develop high-level designs and plans based on customer requirements.
Estimate effort required for project delivery.
Advise on risks associated with work packages.
Conduct technical meetings with clients.
Apply technology and consulting to solve client business problems.
Institutionalize new tools, processes, and technologies.
Engage with client stakeholders and project team members.
Coordinate with project teams and work independently.
Collaborate and direct multidisciplinary teams.
Understand Sprints and project deliverables.

Required
12+ years of SAP experience as an SAP ABAP consultant and 2+ years of SAP S/4HANA experience including implementation experience
At least 2 SAP end-to-end implementation experience and at least one S/4HANA Implementation / conversion experience
Proficient with Traditional ABAP WRICEFs
Experience in EDI design, development, and implementation, mapping and testing with a knowledge on Business Process and B2B Mapping
Experience working with CDS, Adobe Forms, RF screen Programming, CDS views, APIs
Able to discuss (within own area of expertise) requirements with a customer, and to challenge and clarify when appropriate
From the requirements, able to develop a high-level design or plan, and then estimate the amount of effort required to deliver
Able to advise the engagement owner about the risks associated with this work package
Ability to conduct/lead oral status/technical interchange meetings with clients on small to medium sized engagements
Ability to apply technology and consulting to solve a client business problem
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Strategic thinking and thought leadership capabilities; ability to institutionalize new tools, processes, and technologies
Ability to engage with client stakeholders and project team members both onsite and offshore
Very strong communication skills, ability to co-ordinate with project team and work independently
Team player with ability to collaborate and direct multidisciplinary teams (could be from different implementation partners)
Strong understanding of Sprints and project deliverables
