Responsibilities

Lead meetings with system owners and other stakeholders to gather business requirements

Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.

Writes detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.

Facilitates requirements gathering, documents requirements, facilitates continuous improvement initiatives

Analyze business requirements, accurately translating them into functional and technical requirements for the development team

Prepare client-facing and internal deliverables

Facilitate User Acceptance Testing activities

Lead training, demos, and education activities for customers and stakeholders

Develop procedures, manuals, and other documentation for the systems developed based on the requirements gathered

Test various applications against documented requirements
