Responsibilities

Market Research: Perform comprehensive market research to gather insights on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.

Business Insights & Customer Experience Management: Manage voice of the customer (VOC) and voice of the employee (VOE) programs to enhance customer experience and employee engagement.

Survey Design & Reporting: Support the design and implementation of customer experience surveys, ensuring effective data collection and reporting mechanisms.

Data Synthesis & Analysis: Analyze open text feedback and survey data to extract meaningful insights and provide actionable recommendations. Example: Analyze customer feedback from surveys on restaurant receipts with QR codes. Example: Evaluate redemption rates to ensure appropriate sample sizes and sufficient feedback.

Program Management: Oversee and manage third-party vendors supporting marketing analysis efforts, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Methodologies & Mapping: Guide methodologies and develop frameworks to integrate various components of marketing analysis and customer experience management.

Required

Proven experience in marketing analysis within the retail/restaurant industry.

Strong background in performing market research and extracting business insights.

Expertise in managing customer experience management programs, including VOC and VOE.

Proficiency in designing and analyzing customer experience surveys and other feedback mechanisms.

Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to provide clear and actionable insights.

Experience in program management, including overseeing third-party vendors.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred

Familiarity with customer experience tools and platforms.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
