Responsibilities
Lead the design of the entire user experience, from user research to visual design.
Own interaction design, conceptual design, and prototyping across various platforms.
Ensure digital products are not only visually appealing but also impactful.
Conduct user research and translate findings into design solutions.
Communicate design concepts effectively to a diverse audience.
Utilize tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, etc.

Required
At least 10 years of experience in UX/UI design
Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and proficiency in the design process across various platforms
Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, or similar design tools
Experience in user-centered design and conducting user research
Experience in responsive web design and native app design
Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate design concepts to various audiences
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in design or related field, or equivalent work experience
Experience working in a startup environment
