Required

3-5 years of relevant or related product management experience in SaaS environment. This means you have shipped quality software to a production environment, gauged usage / adoption, and adapted accordingly

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required

Obsessed with knowing what our users and customers are doing and how they’re doing it combined with the ability to interact directly with them to learn more about them and understand their pain points

Familiarity with the use of Agile-influenced frameworks/practices (e.g. Scrum) for building SaaS products

Bias for action. Willingness to roll up the sleeves and do what is necessary to meet team goals

Strong collaborative leadership, problem-solving skills and time management, including ability to manage multiple and competing priorities simultaneously

High attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to translate complex business and technical issues into actionable work for a development team

Strong analytical skills and comfortable drawing metric-based conclusions

Ability to deliver results for complex or ambiguous problems
