Responsibilities
Create, edit, and distribute a variety of Services Marketing and Communications projects.
Support researching and writing of Services digital content strategy/social media activities.
Establish, document, implement, and model AAMC Services best practices.
Coordinate Marketing and Communication team calendars, schedules, reports, and webinar logistics.
Collect and organize key communications analytics.
Build or collect reports based on metrics related to various communications platforms.
Develop usable and insightful reports and data summaries.
Use Google Analytics tools and other digital content/social media tools to produce monthly reports.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design, digital communications, literature, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in a communications or marketing-related discipline, specifically in engaging effectively with target audiences, managing delivery of content across platforms, and maintaining brand consistency
Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented non-profit or business environment
Ability to adjust priorities, work independently, and complete tasks with minimal supervision
Knowledge of AP Style, previous writing experience, and an understanding of evolving marketing and communications methods, tools, and platforms
Experience with Microsoft Office products and tools
Experience with website content management. Experience with Drupal, Canva, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Hootsuite is a plus
Critical thinking skills
Ability to thrive in and enjoy a complex, fast-paced work environment is very important
