Responsibilities
Manage the reception area, including filing and organizing patient records, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the office.
Provide exceptional customer service, answering patient inquiries, and addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
Perform various administrative duties, including data entry, mailings, and other tasks as needed.

Required
Proven administrative experience, including customer service and front desk duties.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients, colleagues, and management.
Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred
Some college or associate's degree in a relevant field.
