Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance in all aspects of data processing operations.
Work with Server applications.
Have technical experience in the utilization and implementation of tools to monitor the server applications.
Have knowledge on how to identify, investigate and troubleshoot error conditions to help remediate system failure conditions.
Have understanding of Configuration Management (CM) for software updates and migrations of code.
This position may require weekend shifts.

Required
Two (2) years of experience in Configuration Management (CM) for software updates and migrations of code
Two (2) years of experience in Software Migration process
Two (2) years of experience in Startup of Production Applications & Systems
Two (2) years of experience in Microsoft SQL Management Studio & Oracle SQL Developer
Preferred
Two (2) years of experience in Support Web and Client Server Application
Two (2) years of experience in Microsoft Office Application Suite (Word & Excel)
Two (2) years of experience in Computer applications capabilities and limitations of computer equipment
One (1) year of experience in Support Web and Client Server applications
