Responsibilities

Support the Product teams and cross-functionally assist Sales, Marketing, Development, Operations, and Finance functions.

Work on product development operating systems and perform product owner duties for scrum teams.

Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure effective product development.

Create and maintain product documentation, engage with internal stakeholders, and contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

Shape the product vision and strategy, manage and support data-driven decision-making, and drive Product-led Growth initiatives.

Represent user interests throughout the product lifecycle, participate in departmental meetings, and uphold the company's core values.

Required

5+ years of B2B Product or Product Design Experience and experience targeting Enterprise customers, preferably in a growth environment (SaaS preferred)

5+ years of User Experience and User Interface design with Figma

Experience with our Product/Dev Stack is preferred: AWS, Ruby, Rails, Node, JavaScript, ReactJS, Postgresql, Linux, Github, Jira, Figma (Preferred)

Background in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems (Preferred)

Experience mentoring engineers and product analyst and influencing best practices practices

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to quickly understand and communicate complex ideas to a diverse range of audiences

High-level attention to detail and organization with a pragmatic and logical approach to problem-solving and prioritization
