Responsibilities
Dashboard Design Dynamo: Design and develop stunning and informative Tableau reports and dashboards, bringing data to life for key stakeholders.
Tableau Troubleshooting Titan: Provide ongoing operational support for existing Tableau reports and dashboards, ensuring they function seamlessly.
Subject Matter Superhero: Leverage your expertise to design Tableau workbooks that cater to the specific needs of different business groups.
Data & Design Alchemist: Collaborate on the full data visualization lifecycle, from analysis and design to development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
Impact & Validation Eagle Eye: Perform impact analysis and validation on existing reports after upgrades, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Business Partner: Bridge the gap between data and business needs by collaborating closely with analysts and users to understand their reporting and dashboard requirements.
Problem-Solving Pro: Tackle dashboard and report issues independently, diagnosing root causes and implementing effective solutions.
Data Decoder: Unravel the mysteries of complex data models, analyzing schemas, identifying joins, and performing in-depth data analysis.
Tableau Mastermind: Craft exceptional dashboards using advanced Tableau features and techniques.
Data Rockstar: Champion the implementation of industry best practices and standards for Business Intelligence (BI) and data visualization.
Proactive Problem Solver: Anticipate potential issues and proactively develop solutions to maintain optimal data visualization workflows.
Data Visualization Maestro (Bonus): Experience building reports and dashboards using additional tools like Power BI is a plus.

Required
In-depth knowledge of SQL for data retrieval and manipulation
Advanced skills in Tableau, adept at creating a wide range of dashboards and visualizations
Experience with business intelligence, data analytics, reporting, and data transformation concepts
A strong understanding of data management and automation technologies (Python preferred)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively partner with business stakeholders
The ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve data visualization issues
Preferred
A background in finance or a related field
Deep knowledge of database design, ETL processes, data warehousing, and reporting tools
Data Visualization Maestro (Bonus): Experience building reports and dashboards using additional tools like Power BI is a plus
