Responsibilities
Participate in a rigorous rotational program to gain exposure to all aspects of the distribution business, from warehouse operations to financial analysis.
Collaborate with a dedicated team to learn tasks such as inventory management, financial reporting, and customer engagement strategies.
Upon completion of the program, take on the role of Profit Center Manager, overseeing hiring, product selection, pricing strategies, and customer relations.
Demonstrate leadership skills acquired through professional, educational, and social experiences to effectively manage a team and drive business success.

Required
A Bachelor's degree with a solid GPA
An ability and willingness to work in all areas in the region (may require relocation)
A strong desire to lead a team and run your own business
Demonstrated leadership in professional, educational, and/or social experiences
The ability to perform a wide-range of tasks, with an equal blend of interpersonal and critical-thinking skills
Entry-level work experience in people or project supervision, sales, operations, and/or customer service is a plus
