Responsibilities
Responsible for data analytics and additional support of performance measures, ongoing measurement, data collection, reporting, data visualizations and information dissemination.
Implements strategic design and maintenance of business intelligence applications.
Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
Ensures that the use of business intelligence applications enhances business decision-making capabilities.
Engages in data exploration exercises with a variety of complex business intelligence tools.
Serves as a resource on complex technical and research matters.
Collaborates with other analytic teams and central engineering team.
Makes recommendations for changes in current departmental systems and processes and contributes ideas and suggestions for solutions to the current system's problems.
Performs data mining/management and data collection instruction.

Required
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, data analytics, or a closely related field.
6 years of relevant professional experience, to include:
3 years of experience with data analytics, including data gathering, transformation, and analysis;
3 years of experience with business intelligence development tools to generate reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions;
3 years of experience with relational databases;
3 years of experience with data warehouse and data management principles; and
3 years of experience with structured programming, databases, file structures, and programming tools
