Responsibilities

In conjunction with the IT BA and Senior Developer, develop systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels.

Working with the Projects team on current sprint development workloads.

Perform, evaluate, and communicate the results of thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development.

Work with the IT BA to determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability.

Collaborate with other stakeholder teams across business units (i.e., P+C, Finance, Business Development and Marketing, IT, Facilities) to develop necessary analysis and documentation.

Communicate effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams.

Evaluate, analyse, and maintain systems requirements and processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties.

Author and update internal and external technical documentation and ensure adequate handover with the Senior Developer in the team.

Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems.
