Responsibilities
Support the Adventist Healthcare (AHC) Capital Projects program, managing multiple projects of varying sizes up to $300M plus through planning, design, and construction
Manage a wide range of projects to complete on schedule and budget, ensuring project progression and quality standards
Prepare and communicate project information to client representatives and entity leadership, coordinating with end-users and departments
Coordinate a team of professionals and third-party vendors to solve complex issues using construction methodologies
Coordinate project closeout process, develop project documentation, and establish communication plans
Set up project files in ProCore and other repositories, mentor younger project managers, and perform other assigned duties

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Arch, Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, required.
4-6 or more years’ experience managing construction projects in the healthcare industry, required.
10 years in a construction supervisory, required.
AHA Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC), Registered Architect, Professional Engineer, or Project Management Professional (PMP), or Related Required
Project Manager in Healthcare Design/Construction or Related Field
Knowledge of Construction Management, Architect and Engineering concepts required
Skill in Project Budgeting required
Knowledge of project management life cycles, project processes, construction, scope development, scheduling, budgets, multidisciplinary coordination, and resource management, required
Experience in a healthcare setting and understanding of healthcare safety and infection prevention protocols is required
Preferred
Cost Estimating experience preferred
