Build and empower a skilled team while collaborating with engineering and product stakeholders across application and infrastructure teams.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field, or relevant work experience.
9+ years of professional engineering experience. At least 6 years of full-time IC work and at least 3 years of hands-on people management experience.
Experience that involves performance management, mentoring, and career growth, thereby demonstrating strong leadership skills.
Demonstrable project management experience, including breaking down projects and delivering on fixed target dates.
Experience working cross-functionally with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred
Experience with 3rd party integrations.
Experience in Agile Methodologies.
Proven Track Record of Success.
Technical Vision and Strategy.
Experience in Hiring and Talent Development.
