Responsibilities

Creatively apply graphic design principles to produce compelling visuals that harmonize with the brand’s essence and objectives.

Demonstrate proficiency in graphic design fundamentals such as layout, typography, color theory, and file preparation, ensuring cohesive and impactful visuals.

Collaborate closely with the Creative Design Manager to enhance the brand presence across diverse platforms, maintaining a unified and high-quality visual identity.

Contribute to diverse design projects, from digital campaigns to event branding, leveraging versatility across all mediums.

Assist in developing both print and digital materials, encompassing marketing collateral, social media graphics, large-scale banners, email campaigns, PowerPoint presentations, and website content.

Engage in every stage of the design process, from conceptualization to final execution, to deliver refined and print-ready files.

Possess knowledge of production processes, including file preparation for print, quality assurance, and effective communication with print vendors to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Occasionally bring originality to the forefront by illustrating custom graphics and enhancing imagery with subtle retouching.

Required

1-2 Years of experience in a graphic design role

Nonprofit experience is helpful.

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and a firm grasp of other design tools.

Proficient in Microsoft Suite.

Demonstrated capacity for independent project management, coupled with strong teamwork abilities. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.

Exceptional organization and time management abilities.

Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize tasks under pressure, while upholding stringent quality standards.

Sound understanding of web development fundamentals, including HTML and CSS, enhancing versatility in design projects.
