Responsibilities
Reviews invoices for appropriate documentation, approvals, sales tax determination and enters into SAP system
Processing of invoices domestic and foreign, POs, credit memos and assists with freight
Manages new vendor set ups and vendor changes
Responds to vendor inquiries
Research entries and make corrections when needed
Complete month end workbooks
Assists with 1099 tax forms including status for vendors, researching and verifying payments, distribution of forms and responding to inquiries
Assisting with month end (assuring all journal entries are in, checking on accruals)
Assist with team projects as needed (AP/AR responsibilities)

Required
Associates degree in Accounting, Finance or related work experience
1+ years of accounts payable work experience
Proficient in excel (VLOOKUPs/ Pivot Tables)
Preferred
SAP knowledge or any large ERP system (oracle is good too)
