Responsibilities
Managing an Oracle database
Developing a LIMS user interface using React
Building REST APIs
Using Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence to record software progress and documentation
Obtaining specifications for software requests from end users and communicating to the development team
Using git Java build and integration environments
Developing in Java, Python, SQL, bash, and JavaScript

Required
BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related scientific discipline.
At least 4 years of industry experience working as a full-stack engineer.
At least 2 years experience working on a LIMS system.
Preferred
Experience communicating with Scientists
Exposure to Bioinformatics, Biology, or similar fields
