Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and manage network infrastructure using industry-standard protocols and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that network solutions are aligned with business requirements.
Develop and maintain network documentation and knowledge sharing.
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in a timely and effective manner.
Participate in on-call rotation and respond to incidents in a timely and effective manner.
Develop and maintain network monitoring and alerting systems to detect and resolve issues before they impact customers.
Contribute to the development of technical documentation and knowledge sharing.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in a Network Engineer or Network Administrator role.
Strong knowledge of network technologies, including routing, switching, and security.
Experience with network design and architecture.
Experience with network monitoring and alerting tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience with network automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Puppet.
Familiarity with software-defined networking (SDN) and network functions virtualization (NFV).
Experience with network security technologies such as firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and practices.
Experience with incident management and post-mortem analysis.
