Responsibilities
Translate high-level architectural specifications into efficient and synthesizable RTL code using industry-standard hardware description languages (HDLs) such as Verilog and VHDL.
Perform RTL coding, optimization, and debugging to ensure functionality, performance, and timing objectives are met.
Participate in microarchitecture discussions to ensure designs are both functionally correct and power-efficient.
Work closely with the verification team to develop and execute comprehensive test plans, perform RTL simulations, and identify and resolve design bugs.
Collaborate with physical design teams to address layout-related issues and contribute to the floorplanning and synthesis process.

Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. PhD is a plus.
Proven experience in digital RTL logic design, with a strong understanding of digital design principles, methodologies, and tools.
Proficiency in hardware description languages (Verilog, VHDL) and industry-standard EDA tools for synthesis, simulation, and timing analysis.
Familiarity with digital design tools and methodologies such as linting, CDC analysis, and formal verification.
Experience with scripting languages (Python, Perl, TCL) for automation and design tasks.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex technical information to team members and stakeholders.
Preferred
Familiarity with low-power design techniques and high-level synthesis (HLS) is a plus.
Knowledge of FPGA and ASIC design flows is beneficial.
