Responsibilities

Establish vision, strategy, and execution of digital products and services through understanding of strategic brand direction, technology architecture and big picture consumer needs.
Ideate, build and implement great digital products and experiences that deliver business value and improved consumer experiences.
Create and communicate product strategy across organizations and teams to influence stakeholders to align behind the objectives.
Promote inclusive and innovative culture and principles within cross functional teams, while setting new standards in executional and operational excellence.
Build product learning agendas and OKRs to measure success/failure.
Inspire, enable, and empower cross functional teams to execute with a sense of urgency.
Proactively influence cross-department agendas to deliver human centered outcomes that balance short- and long-term objectives.
Use strategic and tactical thinking to identify and prioritize opportunities in highly ambiguous contexts; organize work in deep detail to align long term vision with iterative execution.
Regularly and systematically use data to uncover opportunities, track product performance, and drive decision making.

Required

6+ years relevant experience, managing eCommerce initiatives for global enterprises related to business-facing content or data tools.
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to influence across a matrixed organization.
Executive presence with high business IQ.
Deep understanding of eCommerce products, platforms, and technologies.
Strong knowledge of human-centered design principles.
Experience with analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
Successful track record with agile methodologies and iterative development processes.
Superior problem-solving with strong strategic, white-spacing thinking.
