Responsibilities

Deliver on the marketing and sales enablement/client success strategy with a focus on elevating corporate and employer brand.

Generate engaging B2B social posts, blog posts, case studies, landing pages, and LinkedIn articles to attract potential clients and drive traffic.

Identify and generate prospects and inbound leads with a focus on clear messaging and attracting the ideal client.

Track and analyze Marketing OKR's, work closely with the CEO to set goals, and develop actionable plans.

Execute Quarterly NPS Surveys, compile ratings, present findings, and leverage positive client feedback in marketing campaigns.

Craft and execute thought leadership content including Case Studies, Whitepapers, Blog Posts, and podcasts.

Gather client stories, feedback, testimonials, or referrals to expand the brand.

Manage promotional materials and swag for team support, culture building, and client appreciation.

Oversee the functionality of the Hire Ventures WordPress website, including SEO, content updates, and e-commerce management.

Opportunity to rebrand and relaunch the HR Shop site, adding new offerings and promotions.

Create and post B2B content with a focus on thought leadership to increase brand visibility.

Utilize various marketing tools like Canva, Buffer, Hubspot, Google, and WordPress for marketing activities.

Required

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

Ideally 3+ years of experience in a related industry - must have relevant B2B experience.

Must have excellent communication, have a high degree of personal and professional accountability, and good interpersonal skills (be easy to work with!)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

Tool Proficiency: Experience with LinkedIn, Hubspot, WordPress, Google Workspace, Powerpoint and Canva and the latest SEO best practices preferred.
